Refund Policy
Donation Policy
Donations to Temple of Praise Baptist Church are used to support ministry work, outreach, and church operations. Because donations are given freely to help the church, all donations are normally non-refundable. We make sure every gift is recorded correctly and used wisely.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be given only in special situations. This includes accidental payments, duplicate charges, or entering the wrong amount by mistake. Refunds may also be offered if the church cancels an event that someone already paid for. Each request is reviewed to make sure it meets our guidelines.
How to Request a Refund
If you need help with a payment, you must contact us within 14 days of the transaction. Please provide your name, the amount you paid, the date of the payment, and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your information and respond as soon as possible.
